About
I am a professional editor specializing in academic and nonfiction materials. I am comfortable working across a variety of subjects in the humanities and social sciences, including business and economics.
I work with university presses, think tanks, editorial agencies, and directly with individual authors on materials such as book-length studies, journal articles, business school cases, reports of various kinds, and museum guides.
I have extensive experience working with the Chicago Manual of Style and other standards such as APA Style. I am comfortable working with documents in American English, British/Irish English, and Canadian English.
I hold a Ph.D. in English from Harvard University. I also studied Chinese at Tsinghua University in Beijing and welcome the opportunity to work on materials related to China.
