Hello, Medieval French forum members! The current members of the Executive Committee (Charlie Samuelson, Andreea Marculescu, Christine Bourgeois, Alani Hicks-Bartlett, and I) are seeking nominations for the next committee member. This is a five-year commitment, with each member serving as Secretary in their fourth year and Chair in their fifth year; committee members must remain MLA members in good standing throughout their term of service, and are encouraged to attend the Annual Convention as many times as possible. The committee sets panel topics and selects participants on our sponsored panels at the MLA Annual Convention, so we are seeking dynamic and forward-looking scholars who are excited about this opportunity to shape our field!
