Tahneer Oksman is Assistant Professor of Academic Writing at Marymount Manhattan College. Her research and teaching interests include autobiography studies, graphic novels and comics, Jewish American literature, and writing studies.
In addition to her academic work, Tahneer has published reviews and interviews related to her interests in publications like

The Comics Journal, and
The Los Angeles Review of Books, and she is the graphic narratives reviews editor for the online literary journal,
