About

My research interests include: radical and marginalised histories; public and prison libraries; creative writing and writer development, information access and inclusion; community engagement; spatial justice; city farms; counter-mapping; psychogeography; participatory research; and autoethnography. I studied Creative Writing at Bachelors level, and Library Science with Distinction at Masters level.

Professionally, I am Co-Founder, Project Manager & Editor at CityLife: Stories for Change – an intergenerational community engagement life writing research project that began life at UEL and transferred to UEA, uncovering unheard stories of urban elders. I am a Trustee at Spread the Word writer development agency, and from May to August 2022, Writer-in-Residence at House of Annetta for their summer residency.

Previously Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, and Programming at various London-based arts and literature charities, and writing mentor on the Power of the Pen writing programme by Arkbound Foundation.
