Dear Colleagues,

I write to nominate myself for the upcoming election to the forum’s committee. I am an advanced doctoral candidate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and am currently working on a dissertation on Arab diasporic literature in Canada, Mexico, and the United States. I look forward to seeing you all at the social hour on Saturday and continuing the animated conversation that has already begun in the panels organized by the CLCS Global Arab and Arab American forum.
