									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This chapter details the development of the Penn Libraries’ Japanese Naval Collection, from its inception in a student’s scrapbook discovery to the iterative process of searching for and purchasing Imperial Japanese Navy Training Fleet materials and related items.
