I work on art and archaeology from late Antiquity throughout the Middle Ages. I hold a BA from the University of Bonn, a MA and PhD in Archaeology from the University of Freiburg, and also a MA (by research) in History of Art from the University of York. Currently, I am a postdoc in the Department of Prehistoric and Historical Archaeology at the University of Vienna. For detailed information, please see my
