    About

I am an artist, teacher and researcher working across the fields of contemporary visual art and conceptual writing, telecommunications engineering and data technologies, critical pedagogy and education.

In this context, I’m interested in the forms, histories and power relations of storytelling and poetry, and how these can shape human and more-than-human relationships over time.

My work takes a creative, experimental, and intersectional approach to research-creation and reflective practice with others. My writing, teaching and research-creation workshops are people and process led, and context sensitive.

I am currently Lecturer in Critical and Contextual Studies at Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design & Technology. I was Irish Research Council Postdoctoral Fellow at the Social Sciences Institute at Maynooth University (MUSSI) from 2018-2021 and am a founding member of the Orthogonal Methods Group at CONNECT.
