About
Dr. Cristine Margaret Atienza is the pioneer and expert in integrality in the Philippines and Asia. She is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the Institute for Integrality, Inc., a multi-disciplinary training and consulting institution she had envisioned and put up to inspire people to live whole and purposeful lives. Since the company’s inception, she has been leading the Integrality Team to fulfill its vision, mission, and goals. A highly driven visionary leader, she has translated ideas and plans from scratch into wide-scale actual running programs and organizations, such as Integrality.
In 2014, she formed another organization called Positivity, Inc., the pioneer of positivity training. Its mission is to lead people to wellbeing and happiness through training and other interventions anchored on positive psychology.
She holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the De La Salle University (summa cum laude standing), received Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees in Economics from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, and finished the Diploma in Leadership and Management Development from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (batch valedictorian). She is currently completing the Professional Certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne Graduate School of Education.
With her extensive experience in handling people, teams and projects, conducting both qualitative and quantitative studies, and delivering talks and training – plus her rich educational and training background in leadership, strategic and change management, economics, and people development, she and her team have reached about 25,000 people thus far.
Besides training numerous audiences, she takes time to share her knowledge with students, being part of the faculty of the University of the Philippines Cesar E.A. Virata School of Business.
She is also the Chairman of the Prince of Peace College. Previously, she held executive positions in the Philippine Foundation for Cultural and Educational Development, Inc., Foundation for Professional Training, Inc., Kalinangan Youth Foundation, Inc., and the People Engaged in People Projects, Inc. She was also the founding Research Director and, later on, Executive Director of the Institute for Development and Econometric Analysis, Inc. (IDEA).
She is an avid swimmer and reader. She also paints, blogs, writes poetry and loves arts and crafts.
