• This article analyzes three works of 20th century Catalan literature translated into
other languages and follows the respective receptions. The different versions of the
novel Solitud, the Anthologie Lyrique based on a selection of poems by Salvador Espriu
and the translation into Italian of Dins el darrer blau, do not have, at first glance, any
relation to each other; nevertheless, they configure a series of possibilities for
reactions, communications, answers (and lack of answers) that make them
paradigmatic examples to generate an operational proposal regarding the
    presentation of Catalan literature abroad.
