Alim Al Ayub Ahmed obtained his PhD with specialization in Accounting from University of Rajshahi. He is Editor in Chief (EIC) of peer reviewed academic journal “Asian Business Review (ABR)”, and Managing Editor of “American Journal of Trade and Policy (AJTP)”. His area of research interest is Accounting Disclosure, Accounting Information Systems, Disclosure of Financial Institutions, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements Analysis. Prof. Ahmed is disciplined in Accounting and Information Systems, and his background includes 18 years of being rated as an outstanding university level accounting instructor. He is involved with some research grants such as University Research Grants and Fundamental Research Grants Scheme. He has given numerous talks on incorporating critical thinking into accounting research.
