The Consortium on Useful Assessment of Language & Humanities Education (CUALHE) is a loose confederation of programs and departments engaged and interested in learning outcomes assessment of humanities and languages. We have had a couple of meetings where projects have been presented and certain issues of humanities learning have been highlighted. We would like to broaden the reach to include programs and departments that are not primarily at research intensive universities and highlight the program development aspect of the projects that have been presented. The up-coming meeting of will be October 7 and 8, 2016 at the University of Notre Dame. (see https://sites.google.com/site/cualhe2016/home).
