The executive committee is seeking a candidate, to serve as a replacement member, for upcoming election on the fall 2019 ballot. Given the timing of this election, the replacement term is only two years (13 Jan. 2020 through the close of the Jan. 2022 convention). The person elected will serve as secretary in the first year of his or her term (2020–Jan. 2021) and as chair in the second year (2021–Jan. 2022).
