State and national citizenship; internal and external borders and jurisdictions; extraterritoriality; exceptions and exclusions; walls, fences, rivers, footnotes. 2. Legal and Literary Form (Non-Guaranteed Session)
How does literary form contribute to legal meaning? What forms does law take? Papers examining the role of form in legal and literary texts across all periods and places.
