- Abstract:
- A man of history, Mahmood Yakubu is a professor of political history and international studies. He was the first man to receive a first-class history degree from Usman Dan Fodio University, which is now known as the University of Sokoto. His rigging, though, was unmatched. Not only were there problems with the 2023 INEC election, but public money was also wasted. The outcomes were inexplicable. It is obvious that the presidency was sold to the highest bidder and that the body that should have served as an impartial umpire was turned into a weapon of lopsidedness. I defended the need for the INEC chairman to be held accountable for his crimes in my research paper. KEYWORDS: election fraud, criminal activity, offender, cabaltocracy, a felony.
