    Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way people view their health in a lot of different ways. Lockdowns in many countries forced people indoors, and given the new set of circumstances, many had to adapt their exercise habits to cope with the situation. This study aims to understand the physical activity frequency of college students before and during the COVID-19 pandemic to see how exercise habits have shifted. A sample of 182 respondents (92 male and 90 female students) from a particular university in Pasig City, Philippines was collected. Through descriptive statistics and and weighted-average mean interpretation, it was found that there was no significant changes in physical activity habits of 2nd year college students. It was determined that despite the closure of studios, gyms and training grounds, many were able to adapt their exercise routines to focus more on home-based workouts and neighborhood workouts.
