- Abstract:
- Neuss: Bruno Buike 2021 - 44 p. - E21 - multilingual - (from web-html-edition 2006) - This was a preliminary study on my music-setting for organ BBWV38 - Research so far seems to indicate, that this melody became known during the socalled "first international folksong enthusiasm", which was as early as in Goethe-times. However Informations BEFORE 1800 are rare, blurry, vague. Any possible conncections to Sardinian "Cantu di Tenoro" or Corsican Polyphony not even in focus of research. Poor research - but what a great melody and MUSIC reminding on the heavenly origins of the arts!
- Notes:
- sheetmusic BBWV38 in German Natioal Library - this text somehow escaped registration and will be presented in 2021 both in paper-print and in doi-publication
