    Abstract:
Curatorial note from Digital Pedagogy in the Humanities: This artifact is a course pack for a workshop in large-project planning, funding, and management, offered at the Digital Humanities Summer Institute, which covers a variety of topics. One of these topics concerns task identification, timing, and assignment of responsibilities. Using hands-on exercises, students work through work-breakdown structures, networks, and Gantt charts. Supplementing the course slides, the course pack includes sample diagrams of material covered. Overall, this course pack would be useful for anyone developing a course or workshop in project management or starting on their own project. More specifically, the material around planning tasks and their timing will establish the foundation for course assessments around these activities.
