Served as liaison to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs) in operational areas.

Supported assistance with Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).

Worked as Chaplain to the New York Yankees for two seasons 1996 & 1997.
