In 2023 aged 70 and retired on social benefits after leaving university without final exam were piled up 596 or so files (pdf, mp3, mp4) in core.ac.uk (harvesting Humanities Commons) , in German National Library legal deposits – everything now secured by doi-numbers (but not in catalog of local library of Neuss, where I’m living since 50 years)
Traces of these publications are in “WorldCat” as well.
Such we may conclude, that indeed there is in Germany NO “discrimination”- especially NOT from social status (unskilled-worker self-financed student) nor political nor religious reasons ( I somehow became “Eastchristian-orthodox” with Greek, Russian, Serbian affiliations) nor from rassist causes (mother in forced labor in NAZI-KZ).
Well, don’t forget: TO LAUGH AT LIFE …
Tell you what – as some sort of “conclusion from MY life”: The old hermits, from which are taken my Christian names, were FAR MORE intelligent than MOST of other storytellers and chitchat-folks!
But very certainly, there ARE “certain reasons” to NORMALLY leave the country – say for Russian or Austrian mountains …or for a country, in which classical music is estiamted more than in present Germany … Education
Was enrolled in quite a number of topics, mainly in “teachers training, German language and literature, Music, secondary education to 10th class”, and for master-studies in history – but NOT ANY UNIVERSITY DEGREE accomplished.
Did in meantime – 2013-2015 – some coursera MOOC-courses around the globe – Tokyo, Singapore, Princeton, Zurich, Edingburgh, Wellesley- and made research contact to NPTEL MOOC, Madras / Chennai, India.
In 2022, June – August, used the 9-Euro-train-ticket to visit LOTS of historical places in Germany, I’ve never seen before!
Supported Gnessinka Music School, Moskwa, Hongkong Philharmonic Youth Program, Conservatory of Opava (operated by Order of German Knights OT) , Czechia – and selected few choirs.
Somehow managed to start practicing
– some Hungarian Dances by Brahms/Joachim/Buike
– Mozart violin-concerto A-major
– Chopin Nocturno no.20 – Fibich/Weninger Poem – Dvorak-Kreisler, Slavonic Dance op.72, no.2 (Dvorak as performed by Maxim Vengerov)
– and in summo: reached levels, that never ever were foreseen in my formal music education! Work Shared in CORE

– I may add: In 2019 I kindly was informed, that my mother was in NAZI imprisonment including 2 KZs from 1939 to 1945 – and afterwards possibly fell victim to SOVIET troops, which PROBABLY brought her to Rawaruskaja, from where she SOMEHOW made her “way back” to WEST-Germany via POLAND. So please, do withstand the urge, to tell me, to try “liking” NAZIS nor Stalinist Soviet-Communists!
