    Abstract:
Review: Missouri Remembers, Artists in Missouri through 1951 is a free online resource funded the Missouri Humanities Council and the National Endowment for the Humanities, launched to coincide with the state’s Bicentennial in 2021. Three institutions--Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art; the Kansas City Art Institute; and the St. Louis Public Library--collaborated to bring Missouri Remembers to fruition, and the site provides a model of how the sharing of resources can result in a richer, more comprehensive product than can be created by an individual organization.
