    Sohrab Sepehri (1928-1980), a celebrated Iranian poet and painter, extensively explored various countries, engaging with diverse artistic traditions and philosophical ideologies. His deep immersion into the mystical elements of Eastern cultures profoundly influenced his artistic works. Notably, his poetry’s environmental ethics distinguish him not only within Persian literature, but also within the broader scope of world literature.
